FMHS athletes are up and running… cross country

Cross country has always been a “different” kind of sport. Some people think running is a punishment, others could take it or leave it (but would rather leave it), and a few (like myself) love it.

And, to be honest, I hate it at times too! This year has been tough on us all. Covid has come to our mountain. It has caused schools to close and sports to be canceled. Covid has affected us physically and mentally as a community. It hit our household in January. We are all recovered and, luckily, had a fairly mild…(please see below to view full stories and photographs)
