Frazier Park man indicted for allegedly molesting multiple children

James William Bufford, 37, was indicted on multiple counts of child molestation on Tuesday, March 6 in the South Division (Lamont) of the Kern County Superior Court. Judge Craig Phillips ordered the Frazier Park man to be held on $1 million bail.

Bufford, who also formerly lived in Lebec, had worked for a Lebec towing company.

He is accused of three felony counts of committing lewd or lascivious acts with children under 14 years old, one felony count of continuous sexual abuse of a child, two felony counts of lewd or lascivious acts with a child 14-15 years of age and a misdemeanor count…(please see below to view full stories and photographs)
