A Class of 2009 graduate of Frazier Mountain High School died last Sunday in what is being called a tragic “love triangle.”

Luis Ruben Rubio, 28, a long-time Frazier Park resident, went to the Arvin mobile home of his former girlfriend and Billy Jean Hayworth, a 29 year old man, in the early evening of September 29.

The woman called Arvin police at about 7:30 p.m., saying her boyfriend had been shot and that the shooter was still in the area, according to…(please see below to view full stories and photographs)
