Frazier Park pond nears max capacity during Supervisor Parlier visit

Late Thursday morning, November 20, with the rain pouring down, District 2 Supervisor Chris Parlier visited Frazier Park to hand over keys to local resident Brahma Neyman upon completion of a Kern County project. While in town, he noticed how high the water level at the Frazier Park pond had become. The pond has almost completed a dramatic comeback…(please see below to view full stories and photographs)
