Gentle Jungle, caring neighbors and an elf help Lebec man save his home

Lebec resident Raul Gomez is warm and secure in his own home of 37 years for this Christmas season, due to the concern of caring neighbors, an elf, two Santa’s helpers and the Kern County Board of Supervisors.

Neighbor Dennis Penna and Attorney Olaf Landsgaard (who represents residents of Neenach and Lebec from his office in Rosamond) had a warm-hearted story to tell this week.
