Sam’s Liquor in Lebec was burglarized in the early hours of Friday, June 21.
About $5,000 worth of merchandise was stolen, according to a manager at the store.
At about 4 o’clock in the morning, the following happened: A car backed into the parking space directly outside the front door of the store; a man got out and smashed the left door glass; he used a portable saw to quickly cut through the iron security gate; he entered the store, went behind the counter and…(please see below to view full stories and photographs)
