FRAZIER PARK, Calif. (Wednesday, Feb. 10, 2010, 5 a.m.)—The Grapevine section of Interstate 5 is open and clear on Wednesday morning. As in all the mountain region during icy conditions, motorists are cautioned to slow down and drive carefully.

FRAZIER PARK, Calif. (Tuesday, Feb. 9, 2010, 11:40 a.m.)—CHP reports that Interstate 5 (The Grapevine) is open with moderate snow flurries. "We have a lot of units out there monitoring the roadway and trying to keep it open," according to Officer Patrick Etchebarne.
