Hard Rock Tejon connects with Frazier Park residents

By Sean Ridgway, TME

Hard Rock Tejon President Chris Kelley brought warmth, humor, and optimism to the Frazier Park Public Library on Saturday, October 11. Kelley shared updates on the Hard Rock’s massive resort project opening on November 13, 2025 (a month earlier than expected), and the opportunities it will bring to Kern County.

Kelley began on a lighthearted note by talking about his east coast roots. “I grew up in New England, so pizza is important to me,” he said with a grin. Since moving to the area, his go-to spot has become Caveman Cavey’s Pizza in Frazier Park. “On any given night, you’ll find me there,” he said. “I love it here. Frazier Park is like a postcard — it’s beautiful.”
