Highway 138 plan projects 101% growth in North LA County, Mainly Antelope Valley

A 101% surge in population is projected for Northern Los Angeles County—mainly in the Antelope Valley—in the next 15 years, according to the draft environmental impact report (DEIR) for changes to State Route 138.
