FRAZIER PARK, CA (Sunday, Dec. 17, 2023 at 11:44 a.m.)—Highway 33 between Lockwood Valley Road and Matilija Hot Springs Road in Ojai is set to open at 8 a.m. on Monday, Dec. 18. After last winter’s storms forced its closure, the roadway has been inaccessible through 2023.
