On January 8 at about 8 a.m., 70 year-old Studio City resident Tony Quach started hiking up Mount Pinos, as he has regularly done for the last 35 years. He came to enjoy the snow and feed the wild dogs, who he called his “four-legged friends…”(please see below to view full stories and photographs)
