A beloved holiday tradition reclaimed its special place in the annual festival cycle of the Mountain Communities on Saturday, Dec. 5. It was a unanimous verdict from the public: the Holiday Faire and Festival of Lights Parade could not have gone better. There was a steady stream of visitors to the vendors booths during the daytime, and then the Festival of Lights Parade lived up to its name. The crowds lined the streets and the lights did not disappoint. It was the best parade of the last 10 years.
