The First Street Foundation began this work looking at flood factors across the United States due to climate change. Now they are offering this Wildfire Risk Factor tool without charge for noncommercial uses.  For-profit companies can access additional features for a fee.

The site models climate change trends and the impact that changing climate conditions may have on risk. Importantly, the site contains information about home-hardening and measure you can take to protect your property.—Patric Hedlund, TME
