If our little town’s rumors are believed, it was really going places!

Readers have been asking for months, “What’s going on with the mobile home in Cuddy Valley at the entrance to Pinon Pines?”

In April, we published a story about several projects getting started around the mountain, one of which was about the mobile structure that was being placed at the location [“Projects sprouting around the Hill,” The Mountain Enterprise, April 26, 2024].

In that edition, we examined public records and reported the fact that one permit had been granted to install one mobile home on the 58-acre parcel at the southwest corner of the intersection of Tecuya Drive and Cuddy Valley Road.
