Proud parents Craig and Denise Carlson (a Frazier Park School fourth grade teacher) are excited about the recent recognition given to their son, Joshua Carlson, for his service during the U.S. Coast Guard’s response to the deadly chaos created by Hurricane Harvey in Corpus Christi, Texas. The emergency began in September and lasted into October 2017.
