The Ed Perine Memorial Fiesta Days Parade kicks off Saturday, Aug. 8 at 10 a.m. at the corner of Mt. Pinos Way and San Carlos Trail (Ace Hardware) and goes west to Frazier Mountain Park.

The Honorary Mayor for Fiesta Days is Kern County Sheriff’s Sgt. Mark Brown and the Grand Marshal is the swashbuckling Star Wars’ inspired 501st Legion Southern California Garrison San Joaquin Squad. Don’t miss this!

There was an error in the August issue of The New Mountain Pioneer, so we’re making sure everyone knows who the real celebrities are this year, along with Queen Sedona Vivirito and her royal court.

Come on down and cheer them on!

Then head over to the park for some delicious lunch, bands, contests and events all weekend long!

This is part of the July 31, 2015 online edition of The Mountain Enterprise.
