Key environmental To-Do list as 2020 ends

If 2020 was not bad enough, a list of litigation on related environmental issues triggered by regulation rollbacks by the outgoing administration is on the To-Do List for 2021.

Concern for California condor critical habitat was the subject of a summary judgment this month in favor of the Tejon Ranch Company’s Mountain Village residential and commercial development project.

The lawsuit was filed by the Center for Biological Diversity (CBD), the Wishtoyo Foundation and Delia “Dee” Dominguez (Kitanemuk and Yowlumne Tejon tribal chairwoman).
