Monday, Oct. 20—The last day to register to vote is Oct. 20.

If you are not registered or need to update your voter registration with a new address, Monday is the last day to put the information in the mail in time for a qualifying postmark.

• Complete a voter registration form and mail it to the Elections Division. Download forms from the California Secretary of State Web site ( www.sos.ca.gov). You can also pick up forms at the post office, fire department or library.
