LEBEC, CA (Friday, Aug. 30, 2024 at 12:57 p.m.)–The Kern County Lebec Transfer site has been closed for today, Friday, due to a fatality on the property. According to Kern County, it is not yet know when the site will reopen. More information will be reported in the next edition of The Mountain Enterprise.
