Lebec County Water District is considering annexation of several properties.

West of LCWD’s existing Chimney Canyon Well (adjacent to the Alpine Ready Mix plant) is the B&B Materials property with a well that LCWD is considering for purchase.

The water district is also considering purchase of 1.5 acres in that area for possible construction of an office and solar arrays to power well pumping equipment.
