Michelle Smith is hosting her much anticipated Holiday Boutique Craft Show this weekend Friday and Saturday, Nov. 2 and 3 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Cuddy Hall in Lake of the Woods.

There will be a variety of wares from handmade craft items like magnetized jewelry with crystals (said to help ease the discomfort of arthritis and pains) to Amy Chu’s beautiful embroidered items to Vintage Linens (a home interior line) to delicious baked goods and much more. These are mostly local vendors with a few friendly faces from the Antelope Valley and surrounding areas. Her vendor space is completely full with 24 vendors including four fundraising booths.

El Camino Pines Church is having a fundraiser bake sale, with proceeds going toward a fellowship hall. The Evangelical Free Church is holding a bake sale to raise money to build a church to hold their services. Hilltop school will have a booth to assist with their educational program. T.O.P.S. will have a booth to raise monies toward various charities they support, especially during the holiday season.

Hot chocolate, coffee and tea will be served. So, come on down and get some shopping done early! There is no admission charge and you are bound to find unique items and great bargains.

This is part of the November 02, 2007 online edition of The Mountain Enterprise.
