If you missed Casino Night on Saturday, March 13, make sure to put it on your calendar for next year. Add a memo: Arrive hungry!
Carne asada tacos and delectable specialties from chef Alex Fields, president of the Frazier Mountain High School Booster Club, were served to about 200 happy “gamers” who sipped juice, soda, beer and wine.
Poker, craps, blackjack, an auction and gourmet goodies—all to benefit school sports and music programs—it doesn’t get any better than this. About $2,400 was raised.
This is part of the March 19, 2010 online edition of The Mountain Enterprise.
