A young mother of three died in Cuddy Valley last Saturday at about 3:30 p.m. when she lost control of the SUV she was driving eastbound on Cuddy Valley Road (west of White Rock Road). The Delano woman was traveling with family in the car at a “high rate of speed,” California Highway Patrol said.
