“We’re different,” Jennifer Buckland said on Sunday, Dec. 13, as she and her family were closing up for the day at Buckland Surplus.
“We don’t compete with thrift stores,” she said.
In early October, Jennifer and her husband, Michael, started thinking about the need in the local community for a store where quality merchandise could be found at below-box-store prices.
