Over $1,000 in prizes were given out once again at the Mountain Youth Photo Contest awards ceremony on Saturday, March 24. It was hosted by Friends of the Library at the beautiful Frazier Park Library. District 4 Supervisor David Couch was on hand to award the grand prize to Bryan Rodriguez, a Frazier Mountain High School student. The winner told judge Victoria Martin and contest founder Mel Weinstein he knew it had rained in L.A. so he and his brother drove to downtown and saw this scene in an alley with the reflection. His brother is the subject in the photo and any manipulation he did was with the Canon software.
