Frazier Park, Lebec, Pine Mountain Club, The Grapevine (Wednesday, May 2, 2018 at 5 p.m.)—There was snow on the ground for a few hours, yeserday, and rain hard enough to require windshield wipers, but the total rainfall in one of the wettest areas in Pine Mountain Club yesterday was only 0.04 of an inch. Wednesday started cludy, but is sunny, with bird song. Tomorrow is likely to be the same
Freezing—But Tiny—Hailstones Falling
Frazier Park, Lebec, Pine Mountain Club, The Grapevine (Tuesday, May 1, 2018 at 1 p.m.)—Those little (1/8 inch) hailstones and rain continue with totally overcast skies today.
Frazier Park, Lebec, Pine Mountain Club, The Grapevine (Tuesday, May 1, 2018 at 9 a.m.)—Happy May Day! There are tiny but freezing hailstone falling this morning in the Pine Mountain community. Temperatures are chilly. National Weather Service says, “A chance of showers, with thunderstorms also possible after 11am.” We’ll see. Have a look at the forecast below (scroll down).

Partly cloudy, with a low around 36. Northwest wind 10 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph.
