New PMC clubhouse proposal is estimated at $5 million, in phases

If the infamous Taj Mahal of 2017 was all about the sizzle, the PMC Clubhouse Task Force report of August 18, 2018 was all about the steak (…or grilled tofu with mushrooms, you choose). The volunteer team of architects, a designer, a construction professional and “an investor,” rolled out plain-jane diagrams with charts of numbers to show square footage and projected construction costs, all broken out into a phased construction plan.

It won the crowd’s heart.
