FRAZIER PARK, Calif. (Tuesday, July 22 at 5:04 p.m.) — A semi-tractor trailer truck collision on the northbound Interstate 5 at Grapevine, which earlier had all northbound lanes closed, now has one lane closed, according the California Highway Patrol. An ambulance was called to the scene. Spilled diesel fuel caused a brush fire at the shoulder of the road.
