(Thursday, Aug. 13 at 12:26 p.m.) The Lebec Road on- and off-ramps to northbound Interstate 5 will be closed for six weeks from August 9 until approximately September 18 due to CalTrans resurfacing projects. Most of the work is occurring at night but could cause commuter delays. Drivers can use either the Frazier Mountain Park Road or the Fort Tejon on-ramps to the northbound I-5.

Nighttime detours at Laval Road (Wheeler Ridge, at the foot of The Grapevine): From Monday, Aug. 17 to Friday, Aug. 21 all lanes of southbound Interstate 5 will be closed from 11 p.m. to 4 a.m. and traffic detoured off and back onto the freeway. From Monday, Aug 24 to Friday, Aug. 28 from 11 p.m. to 4 a.m., all the northbound lanes of I-5 will be closed and traffic again detoured off and back onto the freeway.
