U.S. Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia is reported to have died in his sleep on Saturday, Feb. 13 while on a quail hunting trip to a remote luxury resort south of Marfa, Texas.

There was no autopsy. A justice of the peace declared Scalia had died of natural causes over the telephone, without seeing the body, after receiving a report from law enforcement, The Washington Post reported.
