LEBEC, CA / the Grapevine (Tuesday, Sept. 4, 2012 at 12 noon)—The Tejon Ranch Company’s plans to develop an outlet store mall where Interstate 5 and Highway 99 meet, north of the Grapevine, is moving forward. A statement was released today regarding a development partnership with The Rockefeller Group.
