A roomful of about 25 people reviewed maps together on January 28 at the Frazier Mountain Park Community Center. Kern County Parks Department Director Bob Lerude and Park Designer Don Woodard were proud to display the site plan Woodard developed to reflect proposed improvements to the park which has been the center of the Frazier Park community since it was founded.

Residents from all the Mountain Communities were represented, from Lebec to Pine Mountain. The park is a center of community festivals, family gatherings and…(please see below to view full stories and photographs)
