PMCPOA proposes higher assessment

A proposal to significantly increase the annual assessment for Pine Mountain Club property owners was presented at a special Members’ Budget Meeting on Saturday, March 9.

Interim Accounting Manager Elizabeth “Beth” Blackmon provided exhaustive detail on the numbers, leading to a new projected assessment of $1,608—$144 more than last year’s $1,464 figure. Just a week ago, members received a mailed estimate of a $253 hike in assessments.
