LEBEC, CA (Tuesday, Dec. 11, 2012 at 8:30 a.m.)—A dramatic and unlikely hit-and-run by a big rig is suspected by California Highway Patrol officers of pulling down power lines and breaking power poles along Lebec Road this morning at 6:40 a.m. CHP closed the road to traffic, sections of the area have not yet had power restored.
