Public comment period extended 30 days for restoration/logging project

I have decided to extend the scoping period for the Ecological Restoration Project an additional 30-days to September 27, 2022. Please send your specific written comments electronically by September 27, 2022 to: https://cara.fs2c.usda.gov/Public//CommentInput?Project=62369. Comments received will be used to further refine the proposed action, to identify potential issues to be addressed through the environmental analysis process and develop a draft environmental assessment.

Following the close of the designated scoping period (July 29, 2022 – September 27, 2022) and preparation of a draft environmental assessment (EA), an additional 30-day public comment period on the draft EA will be provided in accordance with regulations (36 CFR 218.24).
