Rumbling started on the internet as soon as the word was out that the Lebec County Water Board plans to hold a public hearing Monday, March 3 about annexing a planned 650 home building site adjacent to Frazier Mountain High School. Questions center on how to assure adequate ground water for Falling Star Homes’ development.

The hearing will begin at 7:30 p.m. at Lebec Community Church, Lebec Road, Lebec CA 93243. The public is welcome and encouraged to attend, board president Darren Hager said.
