FRAZIER PARK, CA (June 15, 2011, 7 p.m.)–"Fifteen blasting caps were found by a resident and delivered to the Frazier Park Substation and the bomb squad came [from Bakersfield] to pick them up," Kern County Sheriff’s Deputy Steed told a reporter for The Mountain Enterprise at 6:50 p.m. "This is sort of like making a breaking news event out of Fed Ex making a pick up," he said
