The one-year review hearing on the Conditional Use Permit for the Lockwood Animal Rescue Center (LARC) will be held in Ventura on Thursday, Oct. 30 at 8:30 a.m. [800 S. Victoria Ave. Ventura, CA 93009, County Government Center, Hall of Administration, Board of Supervisors Hearing Room].

The Ventura County Planning Commission voted 4-0 to approve LARC’s conditional use permit (CUP) request November 14, 2013, subject to 53 conditions… (please see below to view full stories and photographs)
