Dear Editor:
After years of need we finally got our Frazier Mountain Park and Cuddy Valley Roads repaved. Too bad we got such a “half fast” job, with bare spots, ruts and tire grabbing groves that wear out tires.
It’s too bad that when we spend our hard-earned tax dollars we have to settle for such unprofessional hack jobs as we did on this road. It’s a mess and already showing signs of needing repair.
I know some of you will be saying I’m just a grump, but before you do, ask yourself this question: If you had hired an independent contractor to pave your driveway or private road, would you settle for such a second rate job? I think not.
