Scott Jeffrey Andrews

March 8, 1992 — April 17, 2013
In loving memory

Scott was born on March 8, 1992 to David and Gayle Andrews in Pasadena, CA. He lived in Piñon Pines for 21 years. Scott spent his time hiking, fishing, reading, playing video games, writing, watching movies, barbecuing and listening to music. He was a passionate reader and a music pirate.

Scott attended San Francisco State University while living in Berkeley, CA. He graduated from Frazier Mountain High School in 2010, where he played Falcon football and was a student in the ComTec Academy. When he was younger he played and refereed for AYSO.

He was kind, generous, intelligent and funny. He is loved by his parents David and Gayle; his siblings Kevin, Valerie and Katie; his grandparents Dick Aubule, Patricia Andrews, Ray and June Brown; 28 aunts and uncles; 48 first cousins and 37 second cousins.

Scott made close friends wherever he went. He loved his pet snake Monty, his cats Link and Nala, and our dogs Harley and Nika.

He left us on April 17, 2013 to join his grandfather Eddie Andrews, great-grandmother Eleanor Rindlisbacher and his uncle Mike Evenstad (“Mouse”).

Our family is holding a celebration of Scotty’s life at the Chula Vista Campground at the top of Mt. Pinos on Saturday, April 27, 2013 at 2 p.m. We will meet at campsites 10, 11, and 12. After the service, we will hold a reception at Grandma’s house (Patricia Andrews), 11774 Tanglefoot Lane, Frazier Park, CA. Anyone who loved Scotty is welcome to attend. Casual attire.
