Second Burglary Suspect Arrested

The second main suspect in Pine Mountain Club’s string of over 35 burglaries during 2019 was arrested on Christmas Day. The news is a welcome gift to many who spent much of last year shocked and anxious.
Kern County Sheriff’s Sergeant Danisha Ashley said that Rosheba Duron Fennell, 38, was arrested under the alias of Bruce Tillman on December 25, shortly after 10 p.m. The Frazier Park substation chief confirmed Fennell is finally in custody.

Kern County Superior Court records show he has upcoming hearings for a variety of felony burglary, vehicle theft, possession of stolen property and assault with a deadly weapon (not a firearm) charges.
That last is likely for backing a stolen vehicle out of the driveway of a local couple who returned to their home on Yellowstone Drive in PMC, to unexpectedly interrupt a burglary.
