FRAZIER PARK, CA (Friday, Oct. 19, 2018 at 8:41 p.m.)—Shots heard near downtown Frazier Park a minute ago were from California Department of Fish and Wildlife euthanizing an injured coyote, according to Kern County Sheriff’s Department.
