How happy was former president of the Mountain Communities Chamber of Commerce Rachel Unell as the first commercial monument sign on Frazier Mountain Park Road was completed on Tuesday, Oct. 7?
Try “whoopin’, jumpin’, dancin’ happy,” and you’ll be close. It has been a long road.
