PINE MOUNTAIN CLUB (Monday, Dec. 23, 2019 at 2 p.m. ) —Sticky snow is starting to fall and accumulate in Pine Mountain Club. Frazier Park does not have snow at this time, but a dense cloud cover.

PINE MOUNTAIN CLUB (Monday, Dec. 23, 2019 at 10 a.m. )— There is dense fog but no snow on the roads so far today. Yesterday’s very light snow turned to rain. Drive carefully though, in case there may be freezing as temperatures fall. Black ice is not our friend.

PINE MOUNTAIN CLUB (Sunday, Dec. 22, 2019 at 12:58 p.m. )— The long-promised snow has started in Pine Mountain Club, with no advance precipitation, contrary to some National Weather Service forecasts. The snow is light, blowing in this area from the southeast, and melting on contact with the ground at this hour.

Windy.com shows the weather pattern coming south through the Sierra Nevada range. It hooks down south and across into the transverse range, to sweep the Mountain Communities into the storm.
