Sticker shock for PMC members in 2022? — POA Members’ Budget Meeting Saturday, March 12, 10 a.m., will cover assessment raise

A proposed $164 assessment hike shows why the annual Members’ Budget Meeting is the most important Pine Mountain Club Property Owners Association (PMCPOA) board meeting of the year for members to attend. That proposed assessment hike is shown in the draft 2022-2023 budget document to be examined this Saturday, March 12 at 10 a.m. That meeting  is the chance for PMC members to ask questions.
