Spring weather is unpredictable. Left: From snow and rainstorms in the first week of March; (Above left and right) to torrential rains this week that deepened ruts on Elm Trail and caused mud slides that stopped traffic on Frazier Mountain Park Road—the much- needed rain will also moisten the forest to reduce fire risk—for awhile.
