FRAZIER PARK, CA (Friday, Aug. 2, 2024 at 7:25 a.m.)—Kern County’s Second District Supervisor Zack Scrivner has resigned. Scriver was the Frazier Mountain Communities’ supervisor in District 2. In a letter submitted to Kern County Board of Supervisors Chairman David Couch at 7:15 p.m. Thursday, Scrivner said his resignation would be effective Friday, Aug. 2.
