Teen suicides soar in state—But ETUSD schools have head start on prevention

Hailey Leitschuck is a teenager who says that Cinderella’s bullying siblings would be in for some surprises if they were students of Frazier Mountain High School in 2019.

A banner proclaiming: “This Is A Bully-Free Zone” hangs over the front door of the school.
