In late October and early November, Tejon Ranch Company, Terra Vista at Tejon, and the Outlets at Tejon launched several new events and expanded on some exciting projects.

On October 25, Tejon Outlets hosted a Cinema Under the Stars and Halloween event on the Village Green. Tejon Ranch Company Director of Marketing Becca Bland said the event was a shared project between Tejon Ranch, Terra Vista, and the Outlets.

Bland said on April 30, 2025, the Terra Vista apartments opened their doors to 228 apartment buildings adjacent to the Tejon Outlets. According to Bland, the apartments are over 50% full, with many units still available, and people are coming every week to tour. Bland said renters are coming from Bakersfield, the mountain communities, and Santa Clarita.
