Tejon Ranch positioned to begin building in Lebec, Gorman and Grapevine

A 900% growth surge in population could come to the Mountain Community if Tejon Ranch Company’s development plans proceed as predicted on April 29 by Barry Zoeller to the Rotary Club of Bakersfield.

Zoeller is Tejon Ranch’s Vice President of Corporate Communications and Investor Relations. He provided an overview of TRC’s next-stage launch plans as they look today.

As Bakersfield Rotarians lunched and joked at the Sundale Country Club, Zoeller provided a condor’s-eye view of what the ranch looks like now. It is a diversified 270,000-acre development and agribusiness company that has been publicly listed since 1973, currently on the New York Stock Exchange as TRC.
